PARANOIA KEEPS CRAWLING play dark mid-tempo HC somewhere between His Hero Is Gone, Zeroid and 80s US-hardcore. There is a good touch of that mid 90s Bremen and beyond sound in some of their musical elements. You'll find a good variety of songs from slow and grinding atmospheric sounds to uptempo parts that crash everything in their way. Three people, a fat distorted bass, layers over layers of guitars, two fucked-up voices and a drummer gone mad - a powerhouse among the crusty-noisy-HC genre. The lyrics are dealing with social issues, criticizing society and injustice among our liveless world. Other topics are personal issues, loosing your mind, slipping away from the safety of your everyday life, feeling helpless. The band is from the area of Ulm, Southern Germany and exists for more than 4 years now. Before forming PKC two of their members played in "Stagnation's End" and their bass player used to grind in "Seuchenherd". The songs were recorded at Dirk Kusche's famous Kuschelrock Studio in Meyenburg / Bremen - if you know "Bremen Panzer Sound" you know how this piece of vinyl makes your ears bleed! The studio is well-known for it's productions for Mörser, Systral, Carol, Acme, Shikari, Zeroid, Allee Der Kosmonauten, Crude B.E., Cyness and the likes. The LP comes in a heavy, full-coloured cardboard packaging with a special shiny finish which makes the great layout look even more exclusive. The record has an extra 16-page full-coloured booklet with all the lyrics and great photography. The vinyl comes in 150 grams. An Unsociable quality product as usual. This LP is Paranoia Keeps Crawling's second release after the split-LP with Stagnation's End that was published on Sabotage and Civilisation Records in 2001. The record is ready for distribution now (the CD version is published by Civilisation Records and Per Koro Records and is available through us as well). THis is a split release with unsociable records..
